At the core of my approach to counseling, I am a client-centered therapist.  I believe that for you to grow, you need an environment that provides you with genuineness (openness and self-disclosure), acceptance (being seen with unconditional positive regard), and empathy (being listened to and understood).

My promise to you:  I will always strive to provide an environment that incorporates these three key elements during our time together.

When we meet, you and I will work together to identify goals and strategies for reaching them.

"We need to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life—hourly and daily ...

Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answers to its problems and to fulfill the task which it constantly sets for each individual.”
