What Is Concierge Counseling?

If your lifestyle or employment do not allow you to seek out traditional services in

a crowded therapy office, Concierge Counseling is for you.  Your therapist will meet you at your

home or private location of your choice (by request).  This eliminates travel to and from office visits,

and therapy is provided in familiar surroundings which often enhances the therapeutic process. 

A more "private" setting can provide additional peace of mind!

How Long Do Appointments Last?

We offer both 60- and 90-minute appointments.  We can accomplish much more in a 90-minute

session, allowing you to reach your treatment goals more quickly, but we also want to accommodate

your busy schedule.  Just let us know what works best for you!


How Many Times Will We Meet?  

We will discuss the frequency and number of sessions during your initial appointment, as the

length of time we need to dedicate to treatment will be dependent upon your goals.  


When Will We Meet?

We understand that you have a busy schedule, and we'll work with you to find a convenient time for us to

meet during the week.  Saturday appointments are also available, at no extra cost.  This allows many of our clients

to invest time in themselves that they would not otherwise be able to manage.  

Where Will We Meet?

Office appointments take place at 10440 N. Central Expressway, Suite 800 in Dallas.  If you would prefer to schedule a Concierge Counseling appointment, your therapist can meet you at your home or other private location of your choice.

How Much Does It Cost? 

Our fees are dependent on the type and length of appointment you choose: 


     Appointments with Sara Black LPC-S, LCDC, CCTP:

     60 minutes: $200

     90 minutes: $275

     (Sara schedules in-office appointments only)

     Appointments with Callie Sewell LPC:

     60 minutes (in-office): $150 

     60 minutes (concierge): $300

     90 minutes (in-office): $200

     90 minutes (concierge): $400

If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid missed appointment fees or penalties.


Do You Accept Insurance?

We do not work directly with health insurance companies; however, we can provide you with a statement detailing your treatment fees, which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Please be aware we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed.


Is This Confidential?

All information that is discussed between us is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Life Navigation Counseling without your prior consent. There are instances, however, when we am required by law to disclose confidential information. These are as follows: (1) When a client presents a physical danger to self or others; (2) When child or elder abuse is suspected; and (3) When we are ordered by the court to release information.
